Refund Policy – Bloss.am


We provide a free reschedule of the booked class and a cancellation with 100% refund of the booked class's cost, if you apply for these changes no later than 8 hours before the booked class starts.


Free reschedule and refund for the cancellation aren't available if you apply for changes less than 8 hours before the class starts. 


To reschedule your booking:

- text or call us via our official contacts bloss.am/contact-us (WhatsApp is preferable).

- Please note that you can reschedule the same class for free only twice. When rescheduling the same class the third time, you'll need to pay again its regular price and it will be considered as a new booking


To cancel your booking:

- you have to be signed in to your account on our web (app.bloss.am) or mobile (iOS or Android) app,

- open the page of this booked class before it's finished,

- find an icon ··· at the top of page, press it, then press "Cancel booking".
